Baldwin-Dozier

This Victorian home dates from the late 1890's. It was built by F.A. Ruggles, for his family. He also constructed many other homes in Dawson. In 1896 Miss Olive Ruggles deeded the property to Mrs. Moses Baldwin.
The home features an abundance of ornate trim and millwork produced locally. Mr. Ruggles was part owner of the Dawson Manufacturing Company, which produced the trim and millwork used in this home and many others in the region.
