Located on Lee Street in Dawson. This Queen Anne home was built circa 1893.
This is a picturesque example of that style, with its arched entrance and balcony, its 45° corners, and gable roof. The home remained unchanged until the 1930s, when a series of space enhancements were begun. Porches were converted into living space.
Truitt and Susan Martin acquired this home in an estate auction in 1976.
