Gibson-Blackstock

Located on Lee Street in Dawson, this Queen-Anne style home was built circa 1913. It has been in Mrs. John Blackstock's family since its construction.
The home features bay windows, irregular shaped rooms, and a wrap-around porch supported by "free classic" columns and pocket doors leading into the formal areas.
The property upon which this home sits has been in the family for more than one hundred years. It originally included the entire block and constituted a "town farm".
