Higdon-Payne
You'll find this large two-story home on Cinderella Lane in Dawson. The Queen-Anne style home was built around the turn of the century. It has fondly been called "home" by many families through the years.
Mrs. Marie Payne acquired the home in 1983. The home features a wrap-around porch on the ground floor, with one-story columns. A smaller porch, with an arched entrance and Corinthian style colums, is located on the second floor. Decorated wood shingles adorn the gables, and bright green awnings provide shade and interest.
