Hill-Price-Brickle
This home is found on Geise Street, NE, Bronwood. The Second-Empire Victorian style home was constructed circa 1890. This fine example of the style is characterized by its Italian eve brackets and a mansard roof. The mansard roof is distinguishable by its very steep lower-slope and gentle-angled top portion, almost flat. Roy and Wilma Brickle acquired the home in 1990 and began their restoration. Walls were stripped, wiring and plumbing replaced, insulation installed, and sheet rock applied. The molding used was handmade by Roy. Central air and heat were also installed. ***************************************
