Seventh Avenue is where you will find this Queen-Anne style home. It was built before 1900. The exterior is very characteristic of the style with a turret, complex roof-line, decorative shingles, turned decorative pieces, and stained-glass windows. The interior is equally characteristic in the mantels on the thirteen fireplaces, and the fine woodwork in the wainscotting and fine flooring.
In 1977 Russel and Brenda Ober acquired the home and began their restoration.
